Project Specification:
To overhaul and restore the external front and rear of the property.

Works Carried Out:
The main areas of the works included racking out and repointing the brickwork, re-rendering areas of the masonry, a new porch roof above the entrance door, and full redecoration of the all of the masonry work, windows, front door, and railings. This project involved an up and over scaffold.

Completion Time:
6 weeks inclusive of scaffolding
