Full property refurbishment adding loft and rear extension.

Works Carried Out:
We totally gutted the property, removed internal walls, built a 3m single story rear extension, built a loft conversion with a rear mansard to add loft bedroom and shower room, and added a ground floor WC. We carried out all finishing of kitchen, bathrooms, floors, electrics, plumbing, and decorating to leave property completely refurbished and ready to move in.
