Works Carried Out:

• Demolition of existing kitchen
• Removal of dividing wall
• Extended 2m into the garden to create space for bifold doors
• Create new Hipped Roof
• New downstairs WC and utility room
• Install and upgrade plumbing with a new boiler and underfloor heating throughout
• Fit new bespoke solid wood flooring
• Decorate throughout
